Need an attitude adjustment? Read this.
1) The Most Important Question To Ask When You Feel Down: What am I grateful for?
2) Label Negative Feelings: Describe an emotion in just a word or two, and it helps reduce the emotion.
3) Make That Decision: Make a “good enough” decision. Don’t sweat making the absolute 100% best decision.
4) Touch People: A hug, especially a long one, releases a neurotransmitter and hormone oxytocin, which reduces the reactivity of the amygdala.
