2 Spare Minutes

Advice

  • Creating more time in your life

Do you have trouble saying no?
Take a look at your typical weekly activities and for each activity ask yourself whether it is beneficial to your life overall, necessary due to obligations, or not a good use of your time.
A lot of us have a tendency to overcommit. Recognize that spreading yourself thin does not benefit anyone, particularly you!

  • Game Apps on your phone

Do you play games on your phone?
How do you feel, physically, as a result of your game playing? Do you have a sore neck? Sore thumbs? Other places? Do you think that when the day is done you will be proud of your accomplishments with these games, or were they just filling time for you, wasting away your spare minutes?

  • 3 ways to get rid of anger, according to neuroscience

Here’s how to get rid of anger:

Suppress rarely. They may not know you’re angry but you’ll feel worse inside and hurt the relationship.

Save a little for the rest of us!

Easiest way is to synchronize with your normal ‘break’ rituals like coffee, lunch, stretching, etc.
